Wheels For Rigo

Hi my name is Rigo, Anthem Blue Cross has denied me an electric wheelchair several times.  I have Cerebral Palsy, I'm a quadriplegic, and cannot walk at all.  I have injured both shoulders and cannot use a manual chair.  My current electric wheelchair was donated to me over ten years ago and has become a safety hazard.  My chair is malfunctioning and is extremely dangerous, it spins and changes direction with no warning.  A few times my chair has sent me towards traffic and has  jerked enough to cause me to tip over off the bus ramp.  I have exhausted all insurance avenues and am hoping through fundraising to be able to purchase a newer wheelchair.  

With a a new chair I will gain more freedom and be a lot safer.  With my current chair l limit my outings to only the necessities.
