As you all know, Logan’s getting bigger and heavier, so the need for a wheelchair van has become increasingly urgent in the past year or so. Although we’ve been looking, there was no viable option up until this point. In a twist of what I would call only fate (and maybe divine intervention), we met the family member of a dear friend over the weekend. She is selling her mother’s van (who recently passed away) and, of course, Logan stole her heart. She has made us a great deal on a van that can only be described as PERFECT for the little (big) guy and his nurse who is an absolute angel but can no longer lift him in and out of a vehicle.

All that being said, Logan will be 13 (!!!) in 9 days, so this is the best imaginable birthday present for a kid that deserves the
world. And I would give him the world if I could. But I’m in need of some help from those of you who know and love him. And let’s be honest, if you’ve had the pleasure of meeting him, I’m sure he’s stolen your heart too. 

I know times are tough for all of us. But if you’re able to help us even a little bit, it would mean the world to us and it would give him some much needed freedom to more easily access the world around him.
