Wheels for Fred

As many of you are aware our dad had been in the hospital for the last few months. He is now home but his medical needs remain. Three times a week, our dad must travel for dialysis treatments. He is now confined to either a hospital bed or to a wheelchair as he is no longer able to support himself standing. While our mom can provide for some of his needs in the home , she is not physically able to get him in and out of a car to transport him to and from dialysis. She has contacted medicare for ambulatory assistance however, since dad is able to sit in a wheelchair he is ineligible for ambulatory service through medicare. This is where we need your help. Ambulatory service is costly and our parents can not afford to pay for this service and their everyday living expenses as well as continuing medical bills and prescriptions.
Your donations will not only help out father receive the medical transportation he needs, it will take an enormous burden off our mom’s shoulders. No donation is to small. Any amount you can contribute will be an enormous help and will be greatly appreciate.
