Wheelchair Accessible Van for Tori

Donation protected
.....As our daughter is getting older, it's getting harder for her to get around and really needs to be using her full wheelchair. A little background about her for those that don't know her. She was a preemie who we were told we really should pull the plug on her as one doctor said she'd just be a vegetable the rest of her life. She has cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus with a shunt, seizures, is legally blind, deaf, developmentally delayed, and has behavior issues. She is far from being a vegetable, in fact, she is picky about vegetables! She took her first steps at six years old, but needs assistance due to her gait, balance, and varying degrees of depth perception. She also shows her teenage attitude daily and also has the biggest smile!
.....She just recently turned 16 and although may try to walk a little, she is falling much more, needing to sit often, and having mobility issues as well as meltdowns. She cannot drive in a vehicle with just a driver as she tries to bite and hurt herself so we have to make sure another adult is with her for her safety. We have been lifting her and then lifting her heavy wheelchair into our van where it isn't secure. (It can be taken apart and put away piece by piece, but it takes awhile and difficult to do when also tending to her needs. So, not only is it heavy to lift (or spend time while she's upset to take it all apart and put together), it becomes a hazard if we were to be in an accident.
.....Our local Regional Center has approved for us to start the process for a van conversion to make it easier on our health, better for everyone's safety, and have it better for her to just be rolled into the van and locked down. Once all the paperwork goes through, they can cover the conversion part (which runs about $20,000), but we need to find a van 2 years old or newer to put it in as they won't cover putting one in a van older than that. We found a few that would work great for her and are just waiting on all the paperwork from the various departments to be submitted.
.....Both her caseworker and the dealership suggested trying a GoFundMe account for anyone that wants to help contribute to us getting this van that we need. We weren't looking into getting such a new vehicle, but they don't want to pay for a nice conversion to be put into an old van. (It also has to have less than 35,000 miles on it along with a few other things.)
If you can help contribute to this vehicle, it would be greatly appreciated and definitely needed! Thank you!
