Hello! I have started this page for my daughter Macaiah who is 5 and will be having orthopedic surgery on her foot for a few tendons due to a foot drop she has. Her surgery is 12/15/25 and after she will have a long road to recovery, we are told she will be in a cast for 6-8 weeks and in physical therapy for awhile after that. In order for things to run a bit smoother for her I would like to get her a pediatric wheelchair & a pediatric walker for when she has to learn how to walk again, post surgery. Long story short, she was born with a malformation of the right side of her brain so the left side of her body has always been hemiplegic. She did well in speech therapy & occupational therapy but not so much with physical therapy. Despite these conditions, she is a very happy & intelligent girl! Anything will help, I just thought I’d give it a shot with this. Thank you kindly & God bless you all!
