Wheelchair Van Needed for Grandma's Care

I've never asked for help before. Grandma needs to get to doctors appointments and can no longer be transferred from wheelchair to vehicle. Trying to raise money to help get a wheelchair accessible vehicle. Used range from $35,000 to $65,000. For 8 years we have worked to keep Grandma out of nursing home facilities. She has missed a couple appointments to doctors due to transportation needs. Please, I know that these days so many people in the United States have suffered lose from fires and hurricanes. So many , and sometimes it seems like the asking for help never ends. Can we find people to help Grandma get a vehicle?
