Wheelchair van for Tayla

I don't usually do things like this but it's come to the point that I could use some help getting a wheelchair van for Tayla. Tayla is now 11 years old and weighs 70 lbs. I currently pick her up from her wheelchair into her carseat in my truck and pick up her wheelchair to put into the bed of my truck every time we go some place. On busy days this can be up to 4 or 5 times or even more. Tayla requires complete assistance and is also on a ventilator. Moving her and the ventilator can be difficult at times and even possibly dangerous for her and me(in the winter when it's slippery or accidentally knocking her ventilator onto the ground and it breaking). We could use all the help we can to get a good van that will last Tayla as long as possible. Thank you!
