Wheelchair Copay Assistance for Sam
Donation protected
As you all know, this ALS journey has been many twists, turns, ups, downs and jumping through those proverbial hoops. The latest obstacle is getting my own personal wheelchair made specifically for my body. Through the Gleason Foundation, I will receive the much needed elevation seat at no cost to me. That’s the good news and huge blessing. The bad news is I received word today that I’m still left with a $4000 co-pay. That being the need for this go fund me account. I wish there was not a need for assistance but unfortunately even with wonderful organizations like Healthwell and Gleason Foundation, health coverage under Medicare and insurance companies leave us holding a huge co-pay at the end of the day.

Thank you for all of your support. No amount is too little and any amount is greatly appreciated.
