Eleni ❤

Eleni Zoe Pournaras is a beautiful 10 year old with a heart of gold like no other! At the age of 7, Eleni was diagnosed through Sick Kids Hospital with a rare genetic condition named HHT (Hereditary Hemmorhagic Telangiectasia) aka Rendu-Osler-Weber Syndrome which affects both of her lungs. This condition causes Eleni to get very tired and her Oxygen Saturation levels are very low. Eleni has had 3 Image Guided Therapy Embolization procedures at Sick Kids to try and get her oxygen levels up.  Eleni is on Oxygen Therapy 24/7. In March, Eleni got her trusty purple wheelchair "Zippy" to zip around everywhere which she loves as it gives her such independence. Our family is now trying to get funding for a Wheelchair Accessible van as this would help us tremendously. Sadly, the vehicle modification itself costs $20,000 on top of the actual purchase of the van. If anyone would be able to contribute in helping us to get an accessible van, we would be SO grateful for any support! Thank you!
