Just recently, I was diagnosed with cancer. Everything has happened very quickly, and my life has changed in ways I’m still trying to process. I’m now facing a journey that includes chemo, surgery, IVF to freeze eggs, and many unknowns ahead.

This has been especially heartbreaking because I was supposed to be getting married this June to the love of my life. What should have been one of the happiest seasons of our lives has turned into something very different. Due to my diagnosis and upcoming treatment, we’ve had to make incredibly difficult decisions about our wedding.

Unfortunately, our venue has refused to refund what we paid, even with medical documentation. Along with medical expenses, this unexpected financial loss has added even more stress during an already overwhelming time.

I am someone who has always tried to handle things on my own, so asking for help is not easy. But right now, I need support.
