Six years ago, I ventured out on my “Journey to the Stars” by moving from Florida to Northern California, for what I thought would be just one year before making my way to the LA area. Turns out that was just Phase One. COVID changed everyone’s plans, and it turned out that I had some unfinished business with the career I put on hold. I spent the majority of my professional career having never really learned the basics of acting and expounding on it, so, to Conservatory I went. That was Phase Two. After a time of rest, collaboration, and a bit of a standstill, I have found myself at Phase Three in a significant time. I am about to enter a new decade of my life with some new promises colliding with the original call, and I am wanting to pursue the remainder of the things that have held me back; the last layers of the proverbial onion, so to speak.

That being said, I was accepted into a Discipleship that will end in late May. It’s less of a program to follow, and more so going after what God has placed on your heart, and having mentors to help, with retreats and weekly meetings along the way. I thought this would be an excellent way to move forward and start out a new era in my life… a preparation to launch, if you will.

There will be more to come on this little California Adventure; most of which I’m unsure of myself… but I know the next step. Asking for help is super vulnerable for several reasons, but I was encouraged to do so, so here I am. Please consider giving toward Phase 3 of my time in Redding.
