✨ Help Me Celebrate My 40th Birthday in Circle ✨

This year, as I step into my 40s, I’ve realised what I most deeply desire isn’t a material gift — it’s the chance to be held, supported, and nourished in Circle with other women.

Circle is such a central part of my work and my life. It’s where I hold space for others to heal, to connect, and to grow. But as I always say: I can only take my sisters as deep as I am willing to go myself. To keep showing up fully, I also need to be held.

Recently, a dear friend shared a beautiful opportunity with me — an 8-month women’s circle programme hosted by one of her mentors. It brings together everything that feels aligned with my heart: sisterhood, connection with Mother Earth, and the sacred medicine of plants. At the end, there’s even the possibility of a further in-person immersion, which would be incredible.

Everyone has been asking me what I want for my birthday, and until now I didn’t have an answer. But this feels like the most meaningful gift I could imagine — one that will not only nourish me but ripple out into all the women I hold in Circle too.
