WHAT HANDS SEE Art Exhibition

Donation protected
Our project, WHAT HANDS SEE, celebrates the creativity of blind and visually impaired artists through a multi-sensory exhibition where visitors can experience art through touch, texture, sound, and movement — not just sight.

We believe art is more than what we see. It’s what we feel, hear, and imagine. And we want to showcase your work in a way that honors your unique creative process!

We want to work with low vision or blind artists to design a multi-sensory exhibition that focuses on accessibility and inclusion. The project will feature a two to three day hands-on art show, along with a digital archive that will share the same pieces through audio descriptions, artist stories, and written descriptions.

We’re raising funds to bring our project to life and hope to hold an art show in partnership with the Braille Institute. Your donation will help us rent a venue and provide the materials needed to make art truly inclusive for blind and low-vision artists!
