What a wonderful woman!

Hello everyone!  As some of you may or may not know, Mom was diagnosed with a brain tumor on 7/6/2020.  For the last couple of years her job as a teacher has not included medical insurance and my father lost his job and health insurance in March.  Mom had brain surgery today (07/14/2020) and they were only able to remove 75-90% of the tumor so the doctors believe that she will also need chemotherapy and radiation therapy to assist with the tumor.  We know that just the medical bill for the hospital today (not counting the surgeon or any of that) is about $50,000.  I would really like to help relieve some of their financial pressure so that Mom can focus on feeling better.  My mom is a truly amazing woman who has raised 5 children, has many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and has been a very devoted teacher at Plateau Valley School for 20+ years.  She has always taken joy in helping others and absolutely loves teaching.  We really debated whether or not to do this but decided if it could help, we will give it a try.  Thank you to each and everyone of you who even take the time to read this.
