Tyler Johnson

My name is Brittany Lizakowski and I am the girlfriend of Matthew Johnson. On May 8th Matt’s brother, Tyler Johnson, was in a single vehicle car accident. Tyler’s life was saved by a nurse and fireman who were in the right place at the right time. The airbags in Tyler’s vehicle  defaulted and Tyler sustained a traumatic brain injury and punctured and bruised lungs. Tyler was in ICU for 14 days and on a ventilator for 12 days. Tyler was recently transferred to the rehab department to continue his treatment and healing. Tyler has a 8 year old daughter, Emmy, who cannot wait for her dad to come home and take her fishing!Tyler has made amazing progress over the past three weeks but still has a long road ahead. His medical bills continue to increase alongside his loss of wages. All of the money raised will be put towards Tyler’s medical expenses and household bills.

If you know Tyler he is not the type of person to ask for help but is someone that would lend a helping hand, no questions asked. Therefore, I am asking for assistance for Tyler knowing that one day he will pay it forward in helping others.
