Help Us Rebuild After a Devastating Fire

Dear Friends and Community,

On the night of 8/7/25 a family friends life was turned upside down when a devastating fire broke out in their home. Although grateful to be safe, their beloved house is partially destroyed, and so many of more of their belongings have been lost forever. The fire claimed not only their shelter but also precious memories—photographs, toys, and irreplaceable keepsakes.

As they begin the long journey of rebuilding, their family faces overwhelming challenges. With limited space and essential items missing, two children are struggling to adjust. They need stability and care, but without their home, everything feels uncertain. Childcare costs are a significant strain on finances, and it will become more difficult to keep up with bills during this difficult time.

I am reaching out for support on their behalf to help them get back on their feet. Your contributions will go towards immediate needs like childcare, replacing essential items, and ensuring that they can pay the monthly bills while navigating this crisis. No amount is too small, and your kindness means the world to them and myself.
