My name is Ricky Thomas. I was born in Zimbabwe, Africa and currently reside in San Diego where I am pursuing my studies. My wife and 8-year-old son live in Botswana, where my heart lies, and their well-being is my top priority. I am determined to reunite my family here in the USA so that we can create a better future together.

From a young age, I have had a knack for creativity and a passion for building. Whether it was constructing toy cars out of bricks or creating intricate sandcastle cities, my love for design and architecture has always been ingrained in me. I draw inspiration from architects like David Adjaye and Francis Kere, who not only excel in their architectural endeavors but also use their skills to make a positive impact in communities around the world. Their dedication to serving others through their craft resonates with me deeply. My ultimate goal as an architect is to use my skills and creativity to enhance the lives of others. I aspire to witness the positive transformation that can occur when architecture is used to uplift communities and improve lives.

I am currently getting ready to start my next quarter at New School of Architecture and Design but unfortunately my education is in jeopardy due my tuition fees.
