Since the tragic loss of my infant son, Journey, in January of this year, and the subsequent disintegration of my engagement to his mother, I have returned to Madison, my hometown, only to find myself homeless and struggling to obtain any real stability.
Then, because of my homeless "look," to be the target of a brutal attack by completely unprovoked strangers, now left with extensive medical and dental bills, not to mention the destruction of my beautiful hand drums (my sole source of income), at the hands of my assailants, I am left wondering how to even begin again from here.
I am creating this fundraiser in an attempt to bring some hope and resolve to my situation, to get back on my feet, and, possibly, even restore my faith in humanity once again.✌
