San Diego Silverbacks Football

The San Diego Silverbacks are looking forward to an exciting 2023 season. We are a men's developmental football team located in San Diego in the West Coast Football League (WCFL). Many of our athletes have prior experience not only in the realm of semi-professional football, but also have such great talent that they have had the opportunity to play at the championship level. We are continually striving to be recognized as one of the most professional, organized, and talented developmental football teams throughout San Diego County.

We are striving to accomplish more this year, Our endeavors include acquiring television, newspaper, and radio coverage. The San Diego Silverbacks will put forth every effort to succeed at building an exceptional organization while partnering with our sponsors and the community. We are an organization based on respect and integrity, that discovers, transforms, and creates a platform to showcase superior athletic talent in and around San Diego County.

Our endeavors this season include our Tribute game to our fallen player Dave Post, a Military Appreciation Game, and our Annual Autism Awareness game on April 1st, located on our home field – Mission Bay High School.

With your generous support, you can help us with travel expenses for football games, playoffs, and championship games throughout California, and to other states to represent San Diego. We are asking for your assistance to ensure our team, coaches, and staff are prepared to accept any invitation to travel outside of San Diego. Your donations will help cover the cost of transportation, hotel, and food. We appreciate all the help and support that one may give. No donation is too small and every little bit helps.

We are thankful that we are in a position to give the young men on our team a positive outlet and we pride ourselves in character development, building respect, and trust above all.
