At just 23 years old, my nephew Thomas Giggie has been diagnosed with stage 4 testicular cancer. Thomas is one of the most hardworking and athletic people we know, and a true staple in our family. He’s the kind of person who shows up for everyone—strong, dependable, and always putting others before himself.

This diagnosis has come as a complete shock to all of us. Thomas now faces a long and difficult road ahead, including surgery, chemotherapy, and ongoing treatments. As he focuses on fighting this disease, he will not be able to work, which adds an overwhelming financial burden to an already devastating situation.

The costs of medical care, travel for treatments, medications, and everyday living expenses are quickly adding up. Our family is doing everything we can to support him, but we cannot do this alone.
