February 17th, 2020 One Beautiful Soul, Momma, Daughter was taken with no words left behind besides abuse. Grace was born May 19th 1997, Hometown Chicago Illinois She has Two Beautiful babies One Boy Eddie Percy Rich Jackson, will be four on 2/24/2020 and One Girl Aniya P. Jackson born 1/22/2019 Grace was a very outgoing person and was so easy to connect with, She would always check up on you when she knew something was wrong. Now that this tragedy has happen, Her Momma needs help bringing her home. Graces wishes were to be cremated, But her Momma needs help coming to Colorado and taking her Grand-babies home with her. They are currently in foster care due to the situation, So please any dollar, penny would be greatly appreciated! Just please help get her babies home to her.
