Hello! My name is Elijah Tiger.

My chest is a huge area of gender dysphoria for me, and always has been. I do not know a time where I have been fully comfortable and at peace in my body. I long to be able to feel like myself properly for the first time and to be able to feel light enough and free enough, so that I can spend more time focussing on the things that matter to me. I want to write new stars into existence and dance new sound-waves into the hemisphere… but without this affirming surgery, I really struggle to do any of those things. I am desperate to feel free from advocating for myself and always thinking about my identity. And this is the main way I can access that right now.

We all know the crisis of the NHS system and that there is no way to get the help we need as trans people, which is why I am relying on your very kind donations and shares.
