Adriana’s Journey

After a year of misdiagnosis, on August 18th, Adriana was rushed to Ascension Hospital in Racine due to complications with tingling in her arm. Finally,  doctors determined that she had a tumor on the outer left side of her brain. She was then transferred to Froedtert where she will undergo a surgery to remove the tumor. We are optimistic about the outcome but we know we have a long road ahead.

This diagnosis will forever change Adriana and her partners Lorenzo’s lives along with their two children. Her recovery is expected to last anywhere from 6 months to a year.

Adriana is hardworking, independent and takes pride in providing for her family while helping others. For the last 6 years she has worked for Express as a Professional recruiter, where she helps find people employment and ultimately, help improve their lives. She cares deeply about treating people well and making a difference in other people’s lives. Now, her family looks to others to help Adriana get the care she deserves. 

To know Adriana is to know that her smile brightens up any room. Her heart is patient, kind and always understanding. Adriana is humble, so she (along with her family) would be grateful for any contribution  you are able to give. 

All donations will go towards medical expenses, loss of income and additional therapy.
