I am going to keep this as short and to the point as I can. My best friend Trisha Watkins and Lanham had a beautiful baby boy August 27th. William Alexander Lanham was born three weeks early, which isnt the issue. This amazing little boy is one week old and has been through so much already. At 11 weeks they found out that he had a hole in his heart, to go along with that, his great arteries are transposed. Just a few days after being born William had his first open heart surgery. He will eventually have more.

The point of this is to help Trish and Lanham as much as possible. They also have an amazing little boy Charlie, who will be the best big brother a little brother could have. William will be at Johns Hopkins for at least a month. He will also have frequent trips to the doctors for check ups. This obviously has a huge impact on finances. On top of all the fincancial obligations they have already, (mortgage, electricity etc) they have to pay to park and eat at the hospital. Eventually gas to get back and forth to appointments. This will give them one less thing to worry about and give both of them the ability to stay with William at the hospital and make sure both their little boys are taken care of.
