Hi my name is Kevin. Shawna Calhoun's husband.
She is a loving, caring, giving person who would do anything for anybody.
She has a tumor on her Petuitary gland which is pressing up against her optic nerve. . The Dr. said that she is producing higher than normal prolactin in her her body.
Which causes multiple issues
Which is why she has the tumor.She's having trouble seeing on the left eye unable to do daily activity or daily cares. Her right eye has since slightly blurry.
We are asking for help to be able to pay for the doctors and hospital bills.
We are also needing to get her back-and-forth to Galesburg. We also need a reliable car to get her back-and-forth so we're needing to pay for rental each time. We're asking for help to be able to so. She is in need of an MRI of her brain which isn't scheduled until February 23rd here in the quad cities. We are trying to get her in at the Galesburg Hospital sooner. At this time she is seeing a neurologist and will be needing to also see An endocardiologist as well. Which means mulitiple trips back and forth Unfortunately we do not have insurance at this time to be able to pay for all of this.
