Myomectomy - Removal of Fibroids

My name is Tiara Bebbs. I am 26 years old with an optimistic view on life and a silly personality. I was recently informed during my last gynecologist appointment that I would need to have my uterine fibroids removed as soon as possible. I've had uterine fibroids since 2013, but haven't had serious symptoms and/or other reasons to get them removed up until a week ago. My doctor informed me that the size of one of my fibroids is decreasing the chances of me giving birth in the future. The money raised will go towards my Myomectomy, which is now scheduled for March 21, 2016. I didn't expect it to be so soon, but I am excited and nervous to finally free myself from the fibroids and the self-consciousness it has given me. I've also started a blog on my experience with uterine fibroids and plan to continue sharing until after my surgery in hopes to inspire others in my position. I am blessed to have great medical insurance that covers 80% of the procedure, but unfortunately this was unplanned for me. Small or large, it would truly be a blessing to receive any amount to put towards the 20% portion that I owe. Even if received before or after the procedure, I will still have the opportunity to place the donations towards the surgery as the hospital has payment plan options.

I've never asked for much from anyone nor have I used sites as this one before, but I was always told that you never know until you try.
