In a time of layoffs, inflation, rising rent, and financial uncertainty, so many people are struggling quietly.
As the founder of WFH Baddies™️, I receive messages every single day from mothers choosing between bills and groceries, individuals navigating sudden layoffs, people sleeping in their cars while applying for jobs, and families trying their best to hold everything together.
For a long time, I’ve wanted to create a way for our community to directly help those in need.
When our group was much smaller, we attempted this before and were able to help one person. Today, our community has grown to over 350,000 members across platforms, and I truly believe the impact could now be life-changing.
If every member donated just $1, imagine how many families we could help.
The WFH Baddies Community Relief Fund will provide emergency assistance to individuals within our community experiencing genuine hardship. Support may include:
• Groceries
• Utility assistance
• Emergency transportation
• Childcare support
• Temporary housing assistance
• Job search necessities
• Internet or phone bills needed for remote work opportunities
Transparency matters deeply to me. I plan to openly document how funds are distributed, highlight stories when permission is granted, and ensure this initiative remains rooted in integrity, compassion, and community support.
This is bigger than remote work.
This is about people helping people survive and rebuild.
If you’ve ever been impacted by this community, found a job lead, learned a skill, received encouragement, or simply believe in what we’re building, I invite you to contribute whatever you can.
No amount is too small.
Thank you for helping us turn community into real impact
