Help Penny Get Life-Saving Surgery

Meet Penny. She is in need of emergency surgery. Our sweet angel has a tumor on her spleen that needs to be removed immediately. She is a sweet, fun-loving Frenchie that loves snuggling more than anything, and as soon as she gets her paws on a rope, she is bursting with an energy that is unmatched.
