Five years ago, Kathryn was diagnosed with Stage 4 Kidney Renal Cell Cancer which spread to her spine and caused a fracture. At that time, we were told that there was nothing that could be done.

After two back-to-back surgeries (kidney removal and spine stabilization), rounds of invasive radiation, and months of chemo treatments, she fought her way to remission.

With support and prayers from her family and friends, as well as an amazing team of doctors, she stayed in remission for almost 5 years.

A recent PET scan showed that her cancer had returned and it has spread into her bones in several places (pelvis, abdomen, shoulder).

She started chemotherapy, radiation, and bone injections. Beginning in September, we will be regularly traveling to Allentown, so she can work with a specialist and participate in experimental treatments.

The cost for treatments and travel will be more than she can handle, so we are asking for help. If you can donate at all, it would be greatly appreciated. If you can't at this time, we ask that you share our posts and say a prayer for her.
