Colleagues at Westward Laboratories are preparing to take part in the Samworth Brothers Charity Challenge in May 2026—a landmark 10th anniversary event featuring adventure racing across the Peak District, including mountain trekking over Mam Tor and Kinder Scout, kayaking on Ladybower Reservoir, and cycling routes such as the iconic Winnats Pass. It’s a tough and gruelling challenge so please support our team (The Bacteria Streak Boys) in raising as much money as possible!

This year, our chosen charity is the Alzheimer’s Society, an organisation that continues to deliver vital support and fund life changing research for those affected by dementia.

The cause is deeply personal to us at Westward Laboratories—members of our team and their families have been directly affected by Alzheimer’s, and supporting this charity is our way of helping others facing the same challenges.
