Weston was diagnosed with HLHS prenatal and was heart transplanted at 5 months old. Weston also faced other medical conditions. On May 29, 2020 sweet Weston went to join the rest of his fellow heart angels in heaven unexpectedly. At this time his parents Ashleigh and Daniel will be left to pay for his medical costs and funeral expenses. Anything will help and is appreciated. Ashleigh sends her love to everyone who has followed his journey. She asks that you do not forget Weston and that you carry his name on.
