Westfall Well Wishes

Hi, my name is Carla Walz and I met Amy years ago in MOPS where we bonded over being new moms! When I read about her youngest, Shawn, yesterday I reached out to Amy to see if a GoFundMe would be helpful to them. She and Rob are extremely thankful. ❤️

Amy & Rob’s son, Shawn, has just been diagnosed with B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. He is considered high-risk due to how high his white blood cell levels were when they arrived at the hospital. Shawn has already had a lumbar puncture with chemo, a bone marrow biopsy and a PICC line placed, and they are currently awaiting results.

Amy said his treatment will last 2.5-3 years and both she and Rob are going to need to take time away from work, although they don’t know how that will look as of now. Please consider donating and sharing this post if you can so that we can help ease some financial stress during this heartbreaking and stressful time.
