I've setup this fundraiser for Beth Ott, a very close friend of mine and all around fabulous, loving, caring person who will always help anyone in need. Beth is the founder of Western Kentucky Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation (link to fb page listed below).
Her husband and Co-Founder of Western KY Wildlife, Bill Ott, passed away tragically. The only thing I can think of to do to help Beth through this unexpected, horrific, grief stricken time is to at the very least make sure she doesn't have to worry about financial costs. And make sure the critters are all taken care of. Beth, her children, grandchildren, family members, pets, rescue critters, and our community have just lost such a very important man. I'm grateful to have known him.
Bill was an amazing man. Always there for the animals, a true advocate. We've lost a great man here in Kentucky. He never turned away a rescue animal in need, no matter how busy or how stressful life was at that time. Bill & Beth have supported practically every rescue & shelter in Western Kentucky by setting up semi trailer loads of donated supplies quarterly throughout the year. They always care for others before themselves, and this is our time to show THEM how much we care & appreciate EVERYTHING they've done for us all over the years.
