Hi my name is Emily Walsh & I have chosen to take part in Éire Grapple's White Collar MMA Challenge, and am hoping to raise funds for Western Alzheimers along the way.

The Challenge is not just about personal and professional growth but also an opportunity to raise awareness and support local charities. Participants can use the platform to raise funds for a cause close to our hearts, contributing to the well-being of our community. The sky is the limit. The challenge will finish on Sunday 8th June 2025 with myself making the walk to the cage and taking part in an MMA fight after many weeks of training.
