West End Reds 2016

Last year, the Cincinnati community came together to save the West End Reds, the last youth baseball team in the core of Cincinnati. Due to this generosity, 85 children were able to play, have uniforms, necessary equipment, and pay for fields, umpires, transportation and the like.
In 2016 the 5-12 year old Reds teams and T.S. Bulls 13 & 14 year old team are looking to come back even stronger with the addition of girls softball. We look forward to having over 100 kids involved learning not only the game of baseball, but life skills, leadership, mentoring and simply staying engaged throughout the summer months. Again this year we ask for any support that the community can provide to help our kids and the dedicated team of coaches and volunteers.
Even though it's only January, weekend practices have begun, and new players are signing up. We'll need this money for start up funding for the 2016 season, while continuing to hold fundraisers and of course with the ongoing assistance of the Reds Community Fund, without which, none of this would be possible.
