The end of the school year is near and we would like to do something special for the Grade 7 class to celebrate their achievements, friendships and graduation from Westcot Elementary. We are going to be hosting this party on June 24th from 6 pm-9 pm at the Terminal City Club @ 827 W. Hastings in Vancouver.

We are asking for a minimum of $60 per student which will go towards the cost of the space, snacks & drinks, DJ, decorations, and activities. Those who can afford to give more please know your funds will go to increase the quality of their experience and it could also go towards funding for a child who cannot afford to go otherwise. If you cannot afford to send your child please direct message me and we can try to make arrangements.

We are also asking for parent volunteers to drive, watch over the kids and help with activities.

Other details

Dress Code: The club has a strict No hat, No T-shirts, and No torn jeans policy. Collard shirts including golf shirts are fine. Skirts must be knee-length.

Vaping: There is no vaping. Anyone caught vaping will be immediately asked to leave.

Transportation: We suggest ride-sharing so those planning to drive please try to take as many kids as you can. The club is half a block away from Vancouver's Seabus Waterfront station - IE drop your kids off at the Lonsdale Seabus and they can easily and safely walk 250m to the club. There is also the option to take the bus from Park Royal to Vancouver and then it is only an 8-minute walk from Georgia St to the Club. Their is also services like Uber, Lyft and taxi's
