I'm new to asking for help online so I want to be honest and respectful in how I explain this. Too often, cats are put to sleep not because their lives can't be saved, but because there's no money available for treatment. They don't have wallets. They don't get a choice. Every cat is different-each one has a personality, a bond, a presence. I've experienced this loss personally. I buried one of my own cats in my backyard, and the way my remaining cat reacted afterward was something I'll never forget. It made me think deeply about connection, grief, and how much these animals feel and understand. This fundraiser is about giving cats a chance-covering treatment, care, or rescue when cost would otherwise end a life. Any support, whether through donations or sharing this page, helps prevent unnecessary loss and gives animals the dignity they deserve.I'm looking after a group of cats in West Cork Ireland. They were once pets, then suddenly nothing—no homes, no names, just the streets. Hunger taught them caution, abandonment taught them silence.
Then food appeared. Water. A human who stayed.
They were still wary, still broken in small ways—but they were no longer alone.
