Aid in loss of income for staff due to inability to work during recovery

My Name is Sioux Baker Lee I am a long term client and friend to Berlin Fisher, owner and stylist of the West Sonoma Style Bar.

I have created this Go Fund me page to help in the recovery relief due to the devastating flooding in the down town Guerneville area.

The salon has taken on about 6 ft of water and will need to be stripped, cleaned and rebuilt.

Berlin and Desiree have given endless gift certificates and products to their local communities;  from homelessness to forest preservation, to river restoration and LGBT cause to their community. Whenever asked, they never hesitate to say yes.

Additionally they are a great talent and professional team that share this with the attention to detail with each client they have they opportunity to touch.

I have been a client and most importantly a friend for over 11 years and if anyone is deserving of a community coming together to help rebuild their business, it is them.  I personally have watched Berlin handle so many obstacles alone and handle extreme challenges; I know he wouldn’t ask for help. I feel that we need to pull together as a community and provide assistance. 

Our goal is to help with loss of income and utilize 30% for this and 70% to restore the business to the beauty it was before this devastating flood.

UPDATE:  unfortunately due to hidden costs (building permits!  Yikes), i have raised our campaign goal to help cover these. Apparently rebuilding may be a bit more challenging, but Berlin will never give up. Thank you again so so much.
