I am raising money for my Eagle Scout project. I will be putting in a path outside the West Des Moines Police Department in Iowa leading to a sign. On the sign will be a thin blue line flag and the names of the two fallen officers of the WDMPD. This is a project showing the support of individuals and businesses in the area.
