My name is DL Scales. I am a degreed Meteorologist and former full time Storm Chaser. I am raising funds to start my latest weather coverage venture, 'West Coast Storm Chasers'. For years, I've been passionate about weather and have worked as a full-time storm chaser, capturing significant weather events and sharing them live with people across the United States. After stepping away for nearly a year to focus on other life goals, I've realized that storm chasing is where I truly belong, and I'm eager to get back to what I do best, while also prioritizing those in my personal life.
Starting up again comes with its challenges, especially when it comes to the costs involved. Our primary goal is to get our chase vehicle repaired and equipment reinstated, so that we can operate at full capacity, including for recovery efforts. Every contribution will help us get back on the road, ready to chase storms and bring real-time weather coverage to those who need it most.
