West Coast Eisteddfod L.A. 2019
See you in L.A. - On St David's Day!
In 2011 one of the biggest Welsh American cultural events in recent history was held at the Barnsdall Art Park in L.A. The event (jointly sponsored and organised by AmeriCymru and A Raven Above Press) attracted 2000 attendees.
On March 1st/2nd 2019 the West Coast Eisteddfod will return to Barnsdall and you are all invited to celebrate the National Day of Wales with us at the park. There will be many announcements in the coming months about the range of attractions on offer. ticket prices and availability etc, but for now we are appealing for funds to cover initial costs.
This time around the event is being sponsored by AmeriCymru, The Welsh League of Southern California and Llywelyn Tywysog Cymru (links below).
We know that you wish us every success but we are also appealing for donations however large or small. Please help us make this one of the biggest and best American Welsh cultural events ever and a fitting tribute to Wales and our national saint. Watch out for more news, press releases etc on the sites listed below as our plans develop.
