Hi Friends and Family,
For my Mitzvah Project in honor of my Bar Mitzvah, I’m raising money for a cause that means a lot to me—Hive Buddies, which is a club at my school that builds friendships between Neurodiverse and Neurotypical students. I’ve been part of Hive Buddies since 6th grade, served on the leadership board, and participated in every event, including our Special Olympics day. I’ve especially loved spending time with my buddy Daniel and being a student intern this year in the ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) classroom.
The students in this class are amazing, and one thing they’ve been dreaming about is a field trip to the zoo. They love animals, and I know this would be a fun and meaningful experience for them. Unfortunately, there’s no budget for the trip. So, for my mitzvah project, I want to raise enough money to cover the cost for the special bus transportation required for them and the tickets for the Zoo.
This project is incredibly close to my heart, and I would be so grateful for any amount you can donate to help make this trip possible. Thank you for supporting something that means so much to me—and to some really incredible students.
Thanks so much,
Drew
