Hi. We are Wesley Greenfield's grandma and grandpa, Scott and Renee Wagner. Our little man was unfortunately born with TAPVR, a congenital heart defect wherein two of his pulmonary veins were not attached to his heart. Therefore, oxygenated blood was not delivered to his body and was unsustainable long-term. He just completed surgery at Stanford to reattach those veins. He is a beautiful, tough little guy doing well, but his recovery will be long. To be close to Stanford, mom and dad and little Raylan must stay at a nearby hotel for the unforeseeable future. The hotel costs are incredibly high in that area. Plus, there are additional medical expenses, time off work and the cost of meals. These necessary and unexpected costs are well outside their means. We are asking for whatever you can help with and appreciate all who have expressed their positive thoughts and prayers. We feel blessed to have so many loving family members and friends.
