On Monday October 12, my friend and neighbor, Wes Mercer, was in a horrific dirt bike accident. He was airlifted to Bakersfield, we’re he remains in ICU fighting for his life. The numerous injuries he sustained are life threatening, he has a broken sternum,, a hole in his lung, and his liver is extremely damaged, the doctors removed 1/3 of his colon, and he faces more surgeries when they can stabilize him. It’s by the grace of God he is still alive.  

No one is prepared for this type of tragedy, least of all Wes & Lisa, the medical bills are going to be astronomical. Thank you for taking the time to read this. God Bless

UPDATE....This morning at 6:00 am, Wes Mercer passed away from heart failure due to his extensive injuries.  This is a complete shock to his family and friends, especially to the woman he loved Lisa Knell. His young life was taken away from us so quickly. Hewas a strong presences, with a larger than life personality. He will be greatly missed.
