We’re raising money for SMA

Hi! My name is Stan Everitt, and I have a neuromuscular condition called Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type 3, which causes muscle weakness and fatigue. Due to this, I am a part-time manual wheelchair user. My mum Cheryl and I are 2 of 100 people taking part in a 112 mile, 3 day walk along the Jurassic Coast. I’ll be using a specialist off-roading wheelchair for the event which makes this possible. The aim of the walk is to raise money for SMA research, as well as highlighting inaccessibility in the countryside, and it’s organised by the Rally Round Rupert charity.

Do you want to join me in making a difference? We’re raising money in aid of RALLY ROUND RUPERT and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
More information about RALLY ROUND RUPERT: To relieve the need and protect the health of children and their families affected by Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) throughout England & Wales for the public benefit by: a.
