Hi my name is jaylee and I am making this for Pam tilson the mother of my little girl and the woman I love. We are going through a tough time right Now she is facing amputation on her right leg Tuesday September 9th. We have a 5 month old daughter and I am out of work due to helping her after surgery and taking care of our daughter during pams hospital stay.
