I write to you with a heavy heart, reaching out for help in saving my life. My name is Wenkosi Tshili, and I’m 25 years old. For the past 9 years, I’ve been battling chronic kidney disease. On October 21, 2024, I suffered a stroke, along with severe brain bleeding. Now, I face a new challenge: a heart infection, which has made it urgent for me to undergo heart surgery, a kidney transplant, and neurological procedures to survive.

Doctors at Artemis Hospital in India have recommended a heart surgery, a robotic kidney transplant, and neurosurgery to treat a brain cavernoma. The total cost for the surgeries, hospitalization, and aftercare is estimated at $31,000 USD, which includes my stay in India for the treatments.

Unfortunately, we cannot afford these expenses on our own. We humbly ask for your support to raise the necessary funds for my treatment.
