Support Wendy's Final Journey and Family

Wendy was the most beautiful and kindest soul you would have ever met. The love she had for her family, friends, and strangers was more than a lifetime could captivate.

Wendy's whole life was filled with physical pain; her whole life, her body was fighting her and giving up on her. Despite all the physical pain, she always kept a smile and lit up any room. The love inside of her was to heal everyone around her so they could never suffer the unimaginable pain she felt.

Wendy's life of pain began as a child with diabetes, and it slowly killed her. Eventually, her eyes started to fail her, having numerous surgeries for her vision. Then the loss of sensation in her limbs came; eventually, she had a toe and a leg amputated. Eventually came longer and longer hospital stays, brain surgery, countless catheters for dialysis, then PD dialysis, eventually seizures, loss of consciousness, and eventually death at the young age of 35.

Wendy's last wishes were to be at home when her departure came and that she be given Catholic funeral rites. We have made the impossible happen to have her pass at home, which brought her tremendous comfort.

Wendy is survived by her 15-year-old daughter and her mother.

We ask that you help us with love, prayers, emotional support, and if you're able to, monetary donations would help as well.

Any money collected will go to Wendy's funeral expenses, and anything collected that goes beyond those expenses will be given to her mother and daughter for their expenses.

May life continue to bless you all!
