Recently, Wendy endured an accident that has threatened her livelihood in a moments time; leaving her without a laptop she depends upon and with multiple injuries to recover from.

The lap top was pretty damn fancy, valued at about $2,500. Wendy had just bought it a few months earlier as a long term investment for her multiple work roles. Not only is it required for her regular part-time history professor job teaching online, but it's also a neccesity for any freelance work she does (such as her familial research binders) as well as for the book and screenplay she’s currently working on. It handled massive amounts of downloads and constant manipulation of photos and documents without crashing every ten minutes.

A concussion, multiple scrapes and bruises, a broken shoulder, black eye and extensive dental damage is the laundry list of injuries Wendy has to heal from. Headaches have yet to cease. She is awaiting CT-Scan results to determine left eye nerve damage and any skull fracturing. Chipped and misplaced front teeth and jaw pain have limited her ability to eat.

Wendy does not have dental coverage, so all dental work must be paid out of pocket.  A dental repair estimate is roughly $1,500, but may be more.  Being the badass that she is, she's said she "would be fine with all of this, no matter how much it hurt, if it wasn’t for that fucking laptop…" It is her bread and butter and supports her niche expertise. Please help Wendy out. Being independent AF, shes not one to accept donations easily but it is greatly needed. This gal has got some amazing work to do, let's help her get back to it!
