Wendy Needs Help for Tango's Operation

My name is Wendy. I'm a disabled veteran. I have a service dog named Tango. The tasks she does for me are; 1. She picks things up that I drop, like keys or phone. 2. She "cuddles" with me when I'm anxious or stressed, which helps calm me and keep me in the present. 3. She will go get help if I'm in public and need aid. She has made a huge impact on my life. She has recently started limping. I've come to find out that she needs to have knee surgery. I got a second opinion and was told the same thing. She will most likely end up needing surgery on her other knee, as well. I'm on a fixed income and am not able to pay for the surgeries. Each surgery will be from $5,000-$6,000. I've called several places to get estimates. I don't know what else to do. They want her to stay immobile and that's not fair to her if I can't get her this surgery. So I'm putting it out there to see if anyone could possibly help me. I appreciate any contribution.
